Every Annual Concert is special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For many parents, it is simply a day when their child performs on stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For me, it has always meant much more than that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is a celebration of growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is about every practice session, every challenge overcome, every small improvement, and every moment of courage that brings a student to the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In previous years, we selected only certain students to perform at our Annual Concert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We believed the opportunity should be given to those who were more prepared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But over the years, I found myself asking one important question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why should only the strongest performers have the chance to stand on stage?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If performing builds confidence, develops courage, and creates lifelong memories, shouldn\u2019t every student have that opportunity?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So this year, we made a different decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year, we choose not to choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every student at Doremi Music House will be performing at our Annual Concert 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whether they joined us recently or have been with us for years\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whether they are four years old or an adult learner\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whether they have been learning for one month or several years\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every student deserves a moment to shine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parents often ask me,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy child is still a beginner. Is he or she really ready to perform?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My answer has always been the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because our Annual Concert has never been about finding the best performer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is about giving every student the opportunity to share a year\u2019s worth of hard work with the people who love and support them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Music is never about comparison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Growth happens at different speeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some students will perform a complete piece for the very first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some will stand confidently on a stage for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some of our adult students are finally fulfilling a dream they have carried since childhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To us, every one of these moments is equally meaningful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Doremi Music House Annual Concert 2026 will be held on 20 December 2026 (Sunday).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To provide a more enjoyable experience for both students and families, this year\u2019s concert will be presented in two sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission will be by ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ticket Price: RM38 per person<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022\u2060 \u2060All attendees, including performers, require a ticket.
\u2022\u2060 \u2060Children below 2 years old enjoy free admission (no seat provided).
\u2022\u2060 \u2060One ticket grants admission to both concert sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every student who performs will receive a trophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This trophy is not awarded to the \u201cbest\u201d performer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Instead, it is a celebration of every student who worked hard, persevered, and had the courage to step onto the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because at Doremi Music House,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every effort deserves to be recognised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we are also introducing a special Profile Photo Booth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every student will have the opportunity to take a memorable photo with their instrument\u2014a keepsake that captures an important milestone in their musical journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students who wish to participate are encouraged to arrive around 12:00 PM, dressed in their best attire, ready to create a beautiful memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
